Membership of the East Anglia Lotus Club is open to all enthusiasts of the Lotus marque and Lotus cars.
The current UK annual membership subscription renewal rate is £24 per year for UK & Crown Dependencies (IoM, Jersey, Guernsey) and £36 per year for ROW effective from 1st January (the effective date for all membership renewals).
For first-time Members only, a rest of year subscription is offered £2 per month for UK & Crown Dependencies (IoM, Jersey, Guernsey) and £3 per month for ROW effective from 1st of the calender month in which the application is made. For example joining in January will be charged at £24 (UK & CD) / £36 (ROW), joining in July will be charged at £12 (UK & CD) / £18 (ROW)
As a new Member you will receive a bank-style numbered membership card, a Club membership decal (vehicle tax disc size) and a copy of the Club's Constitution. In addition, Club membership will require you to create a personal password and entering your email address. This will allow a new Member to log in to the Club's website which hosts a range of useful details about upcoming Club meetings and events, publications, and its photo gallery facilities. You will also receive all club communications via email to your registered.
Occasionally, the club will award complimentary memberships. These are by invitation only and the online form is technically limited to those in receipt of those invitations.
Prospective Members are advised that the Club's online membership form requires an acknowledgement agreeing to the Club's terms and conditions of membership as detailed below. The Club's Privacy Policy and Constitution is also available to be downloaded via the links below.
[1] I permit any of the information contained on this application and future club forms, pictures of my car and occupants and any other relevant data to be stored in the East Anglia Lotus Club's IT systems and consent to the details being used in accordance with the Club's Privacy Policy.
[2] I agree to abide by the Constitution rules of the Club.
[3] I understand that this membership application may be rejected by the club committee and if so any payment relating to this term of membership will be refunded.
[4] I acknowledge and understand that EALC has insurance policies in place to protect the club, its committee, volunteer members and the general public against risks posed from any unforeseen incidents whilst on club business or attending private or public events formally organised and attended by the club and that under no circumstances do our policies exempt members from having their own motor vehicle policies, and no liability or cover should be automatically assumed for possessions or items that cause injury or result in loss that are not formally owned or rented by the club.
